Royston Housing Authority (RHA) was established on January 21, 1950 and moved in their first family on August 1, 1952. Since then, RHA has provided clean, safe, stable, affordable housing for the citizens of Royston.

The Authority manages 185 public housing units in Franklin and Hart County.
